HI OYO TEAM,
Booking id : YAHM4680.
I booked a hotel through OYO Rooms in Delhi on April 12th, 2023 and made a complete payment of Rs. 2583; I also received confirmation that the hotel booking was completed.
When I arrived at the hotel, they denied my reservation, stating that they did not receive my amount from OYO Rooms. later i contacted OYO customer care team and they told that i will get complete refund. But still i did not receive my amount to my account. Customer care people are uneducated and just transferring the calls to IVR. such a worst customer care service team.
Please refund my money, or I will have to file an official complaint with the consumer court for frauding the customer. Was this information helpful? |
