Dear OYO team,
I reserved an OYO accommodation room on November 20 at "and the booking ID SWG79913
I paid 2274 rs amount twice for the same booking ID and, but unfortunately booking was not confirmed, therefore I canceled it.
My money was refunded, and it is showing in OYO rupees which is not good way, I need my money from the original source of the UPI payment method.
I called the Oyo Support service team several times to request a return of my 2274 Rupees in the original form of payment via UPI .
However, they didn't help me get my money back.Even though I have contacted the OYO support team numerous times, it is quite upsetting that no one has offered assistance or resolved my problem so that I can get a refund.
This is a totally shameless experience
I'm hoping the OYO team would understand my request and refund my money 2274rs via the original payment method in UPI .
After the OYO team's request, I shared my bank statement details with [protected]@oyorooms.com. but after multiple followups, no one has responded the mail. I have Mail proof.
please refund my money in UPI asap.
