This is Shiv Mishra, I am your regular old customer rarely I get an stay issue with oyo rooms..this time you guys pathetic service while booking & payment. On Date[protected], Oyo Flagship 9419 Manu Residency first successful Transaction 776Rs & she has booked a room for me, due I had high cold & fever I already said need early check around 9:30 for sleep & rest. After a few minutes later there is no booking showing to my app i was surprised then I called again Another telecaller connected to me he said sorry aapki booking cancel ho gai without reason...I already told I had fever & Cold situation oyo team was playing with me...Now he said i need rebooked again then same hotel same room they charging me 814 Rs i said done I paid maine kaha chod muze room ki baho urgent zarurat hai for rest...
hurdle kiya thik hai, health acchi nahi kai bar bataya samaza nahi thik hai

where is my 776 Rs refund jo without reason Oyo company ne cancel kiya & not refunded... this very very cheap & ridiculous service

    I made a booking in OYO Townhouse 364 Richmond Road Bangalore for 12th to 19th November 2022 with booking ID VRFI895 and paid INR 4558 through the website.
    I cancelled my booking on the same day as booking but I haven't received the refund yet even after more than a month.

      I stayed in Bangalore between 13th Nov 2022 to 16th Nov 2022, I paid the full amount. I am requesting for a bill against my company name and i am being denied. I have called Oyo Customer care 20 times and they just put me on hold and disconnect the call.

        Not yet received the refund fee of ₹221/- for booking ID Q9A29759. I've done cancellation on the same day. Still making delays. Please do it fast. And also the customer care service is too poor.

          I booked hotel Kyra ahmedabad on 21st nov 2022 when I reached there the
          Receptionist told us to pay extra
          rs 470 already I have paid online rs730...but the receptionist told us to pay 470 exta as there flat rate is rs 1200 as per gov of Gujarat and .they didn't provide any receipt for the extra charges saying that there flat rate is 1200 as per gujrat govt n showing us some guidelines on there laptop..., We are new on that place so we are bound to paid extra rs 470...When I complaint about this to the customer care they put my call on hold saying that they were calling to the property manager but they didn't reach to property manager so they were not able to provide me any refund...I called them 2, to 3 times but everytime they told us same thing...that we are not able to reach the property manager so we r not able to issue any refund...n marked my query resolved

            I had booked OYO 10018 grand residency from 08-Nov-2022 to 11-Nov-2022. On reaching the hotel on 08-Nov-2022, i was denied check in as the hotel said it could not find my booking on their system. On contacting OYO customer service, they agreed it was a technical issue from OYO and assured me that they would give me a refund. It's been a month of constant follow up. I have still not received any refund from their end.
            Please find a screenshot of the ticket raised for this issue. Please help.

              This complaint is regarding the oyo hotel booking id CLLX8473 at O 82782 Gp Hotel, gali no 2, ward 24, Chandigarh. I had booked 3 rooms for 9 guests on 15th -16th Oct 2022 as we had HARYANA ADO exam on 16th Oct, 2022.I had made payment of Rs. 1727 through phonepe. I had complained earlier also but there was no refund from OYO. Its been more than a month and till now i have not got my refund in my original payment mode. Please help me to get the refund as Rs. 1727 is a big amount for a student.

                I made a booking for 24th november on OYo Townhouse OAK the citiotel. BOOKING ID FOR SAME IS RW6J8604. On calling customer care i was told to make a new booking after which previous booking amount will be fully refunded. I made a new booking the id for new booking is T1BK2159. Yet after two weeks I still haven't received any refund. Calling customer care has been futile as they only transfer your call to a looped message under the garb of 'service desk.' I expect full refund as i was promised.

                  I have booked 2 rooms in OYO 92853 RK Grand, Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Kondapur for Dec 7th and 8th with booking id W35T4309. The amount shown in the OYO app is 1256/- which I have paid online. When reached the property, the property manager made me wait till 5:30 PM (generally hotel checkin and checkout is from 12 PM to 11 AM) and told me to pay extra double the amount that I have paid which is 2500/- and during the discussion, he said 2000/- would be fine. Even after telling him and showing him that I paid online, he and his subordinate started behaving in an aggressive way and talking in a provocative manner, looking to start a fight. After he raised his voice I raised mine to which he aggressively said that I can go back to whichever BACKWARD AREA I came from. I even told him since I haven't been allowed to checkin until after 5:30 PM, almost 6 hours post the checkin time, consider some discount on the 2000/- for which he said that he'll now have to charge extra as the hotel rates have been increased within 30 minutes of our discussion. He later asked me to pull my phone out and made me call the customer support by selecting the options that he like eventhough I am resisting. I talked to the customer support and they said that they cannot do anything about it regarding the admission into the hotel as the property manager has some issue with "LOW TARRIFF" which the property manager himself posted and they wanted to shift my OYO. I agreed and I was kept 15 minutes on hold. Later they referred to another hotel SRI NIRAVANA GRAND which is around 500 meters from OYO 92853 RK Grand for which I agreed and again I was kept on hold for another 10 minutes.
                  The customer support told me that the hotel SRI NIRAVANA GRAND doesn't have any rooms left and they can't do anything about it and hence they told me that they can cancel the booking from their end and refund the amount for which I agreed. The booking got canceled and all the refundable amount went as cancellation charge instead of refund amount.
                  During this time I went to OYO and booked rooms in SRI NIRAVANA GRAND and reached the hotel. I had a discussion with the property manager and even I have checked the phone logs, oyo hosters web, email and there was no communication between the customer support executive and the SRI NIRVANA GRAND property manager. The property manager himself agreed that he didn't get any call or request from the OYO customer support team regarding my case.
                  I booked 2 rooms for around 950 in OYO and here as well the property manager asked for the extra amount. So a total of 1800/- was paid by me to this hotel which is nothing like in the photos and the walls are horrifying.
                  I went down and had a discussion with the manager for which he smiled. Later understanding even if I check out I'll be at loss in the middle of the night, I thought I'll spend the night somehow. But during my discussion with both the property managers, they shamelessly agreed that they intentionally place the fares low to lure the customers in. OYO knows about it and hence it motivates customers to pay online by giving more discounts if paid online. so once paid, the customer will have to agree to stick at the same hotel by paying extra or they won't be able to make the changes last minute. Customer support will not look forward to shifting the properties always even though there are rooms and properties available. Even if it was denied checkin due to the property's fault they can charge the money paid as a cancelation charge.

                  I went through various complaints and estimated value of the scam crossed 30 Lakh per month in one metro city (as per hyderabad's population) that too with minimal bookings.
                  2000/- (scammed) * 50 (bookings per day) * 30 (days) = 30 L ruppees.

                  My loss for one night is 1263 at the 1st property and 950 at the second property. I was 3 customers went through it with the scam and 5 more customers in the 2nd property.

                  Even after taking racial abuse, taunting from 1st property manager and I was not in the mood to fight at the second property. I demand some kind of reimbursement for greivance from OYO and their guidelines towards the property managers. Being from a backward caste, I want a serious response from the OYO and a strict set of guidelines passed towards the properties. If not I'll approach SC/ST commission of India.

                  It is an utter disgrace from OYO's front to encourage and partake in such heinous crimes.

                    My booking ID is XHQV2648. I booked room by paying 1365 (oyo money 237 and credit card amount 1128) on Flagship 66733 Hotel fortune bliss for 26th Nov to 29 th Nov.
                    For confirmation, i called to the representative property manager. He said they are not accepting Oyo bookings and he added to cancel the booking.
                    So i cancelled the booking for refund. Till now amount not reflected in my account.

                      First I booked one Oyo hotel and before one day of checkin called to hotel so hotel manager said our amount is more that what Oyo people are saying so I cancelled my booking and as per conversation with Oyo customer care they booked another Oyo hotel for me but when I reach to that place hotel manager is saying we are not accepting request from Oyo. So I cancelled this booking also and go for third booking. And per talk with customer care they will refund me INR 3317.0 for my cancelled booking but still not credited it's been a month now.

Talked to them they denied that I ve raised the complaint after 7 days..but I tried them many times n i personally havenot cancelled the bookings...hotel owner told me to cancelled it...n it usually takes 7to 14 days to refund...kindly please look in to matter asap ..

                            I booked a room in 18581 Hotel blue inn residence through oyo and prepaid full amount. But that hotel denied check-in and asked for more money. I called oyo customer care but they couldn't resolve my issue. I was offered transfer to other hotel or Refund. As it was night 11 pm, we were not comfortable to travel again to another hotel or get refund and find another hotel room. Though I had no other option, I had to pay extra money to hotel and got checkin to room. That room was very unhygienic. Bathroom and toilet was not properly cleaned.
                            At the time of booking, I talked to customer care executive and she said that I will not have to pay any more amount at hotel. Even she said that this call is being recorded, you can use this call recording as proof. I also have call recording of call to oyo customer care executive which said we cant do anything. After so much promises by OYO, I still had to pay more money. Hence Now I want refund.

                                I had done a booking from 26th Dec to 31st Dec for Rs 782, which I cancelled prior. Yet to receive the refund.
                                Even after calling the help line number for more than 35 times noone was able to help me out. I have tried multiple channels I am still struggling to get through the correct POC. Kindly help me out here as this is a persistent issue.

                                  I had cancelled a booking on 14th Nov (Booking ID: QUMU6301) but its refund amount of 2813 has not been refunded yet. I paid it using Google pay.

                                  I raised this issue multiple times with Oyo service /customer care executives and till now no resolution to that. Ticket [protected] and Ticket ID: [protected].

                                  On calling the helpdesk multiple times no help is received for refund. Only person who picks up the call is for booking and they say that its not their area and they will transfer it but even on transferring no one picks up the call and then i had to keep entering my mobile number and booking id digits multiple times with no avail. I have the recordings for the same.

                                  I have also shared my bank statement and Oyo app screenshot to confirm that I have not received the money and even offered to give my bank details - IFSC code and account number if payment via google pay is not going through but no response from them.

                                  PFB the screenshots of refund status as shown in app and tickets raised for the same issue.

                                  Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, My Booking (Booking ID VOUE1341) was canceled and it has been 27 Days after that still have not received the refund.have tried to contact customer care, and they say they are transferring the call but have no result - the call does not get transferred and after some time the call gets disconnected.
                                    Please help me in getting my refund

                                      I booked 7 rooms in "SPOT ON 81775 Mohit Gokul Lodge New Room's" form date 12/11/2022 to 14/11/2022 and paid the full amount online which was INR 7875.91

                                      On visiting the property manager asked for an extra INR 6000 or was not allowed to check in otherwise.

                                      This issue was discussed to oyo customer care executive and they ensure me that I'll get a full refund of INR 6000 in 7-14 days, but I haven't received it yet.
                                      On following up with oyo customer care they are not able to provide any solid answers and just disconnect my calls even not replying to my email.

                                      Hi, I have not been contacted by anyone from OYO since this post, there is no email and I did not get any refund in my bank account. So how you can say you have provided the solution?
