Complaint marked as Resolved My problem has been resolved by OYO ORM ( online reputation management ) assistant Ms. Upasana Ojha .
She called me I explained her all the details . She ensured me my refund will be initated and my problem will be solved.
As she said It got resolved . I recieved a link for my refund . I will get it within 7-14 working days .
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
