Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you so much to consumer complaints for early action. The company is contacted me through SMS and initiated the refund procedure. I got my refund and confirmation message from OYO in next 2-3 hours after complaining. I think OYO rooms service also needs to be focused on service of only on OPEN hotels. They need to regular check the hotels they are tie up is OPEN or NOT. Anyone who tries to book through OYO rooms need to be confirm first and then booked the hotel and don't pay money in advance strongly recommended.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
