[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund of my paid amount

The issue that I have experienced was: Once after doing booking over phone call & online payment, got the booking details on my Whatapp. Called to the property owner for check in details. The property owner said that we're not taking any booking from OYOROOM. Immediately I've called back the OYO customer care number by raising the issue that property owner is not accepting your booking. So please suggest what to do? OYO customer care has told that you make a new booking, in the mean time we resolve the issue and refund you(this is happened after so many discussion). After that I've complained too. (Complained number - [protected]).
