Oyo Rooms — Refund on Booking ZROR4580

Regarding my booking id ZROR4580, I have cancelled the booking the very next minute I made it on 18th June 2022. I am supposed to get a refund of INR 2598. I have tried to connect with their service desk executive via calls (more than 100+ times) and emails (more than 15 times) but no response. Really tired of their service They don't care about the customer. I haven't got my refund. One of their booking desk executive Aditi informed me that they have refunded me
as OYO-MONEY Wallet. How absurd is this. I have made the payment via UPI. In refund ticket it's mentioned that they have approved refund to original source of payment i.e. UPI but didn't get ny refund. They neither take phone nor reply on emails.

Updated by Anjit6294 I'm attaching the refund ticket for reference. It's been mentioned there that amount has been refunded to original source but didn't get my money neither their is any UTR number.

Also they create a ticket for "Status of refund" and marked them resolved don't know why. They haven't given the refund neither any UTR number. I need my refund at the earliest.

OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hi, we would like to inform you that refund has been done from our end and that to back to your payment source. Also, the BRN[protected]. Please check with your bank once for further assistance.~Dia

Updated by Anjit6294 I have contacted my bank today only, updated my Passbook as well. Money hasn't been received in the account. If needed I could mail you the account summary/ passbook as well. From 18th June 2022 itself refund ticket is showing that amount has been refunded but I haven't received the money yet.
