Regarding my booking id ZROR4580, I have cancelled the booking the very next minute I made it on 18th June 2022. I am supposed to get a refund of INR 2598. I have tried to connect with their service desk executive via calls (more than 100+ times) and emails (more than 15 times) but no response. Really tired of their service They don't care about the customer. I haven't got my refund. One of their booking desk executive Aditi informed me that they have refunded me
as OYO-MONEY Wallet. How absurd is this. I have made the payment via UPI. In refund ticket it's mentioned that they have approved refund to original source of payment i.e. UPI but didn't get ny refund. They neither take phone nor reply on emails. Was this information helpful? |
