Against my booking id J3ZS8279 on the oyo website, I am seeing refund amount due to me due to my mid stay checkout. my booking was till 20th Dec 2021 but I checked out on 8th due to urgency. I have paid the amount for full duration. I need to know the status of my refund.
Your customer care is unreachable on [protected]. All the time it is saying that agents are busy, even at midnight for 2 days now. The chat support is nonsense with template responses and long waiting time.
Pls respond to me by call. I dont want to play around with your mails and you chatbot.
