I booked rooms on 15th March on Oyo website but on 16th March the hotel declined to give me room coz they are saying they are not giving room at this price so we cancelled our booking on 16th March. And now they didn't get refund money back they only give ₹154 and ₹948 the other amount is not given by them they used to say we credited in your account but it is not credited in account or any kind of general msg from Oyo for initiating money in account and they customer call services are poor pr worst. They just hold your call and cut the call
