Have booked a hotel room from Oyo toll free number on 22 August 2022 and also paid the amount of 624 rs online but when i contacted the hotel reception, they said that they don't accept bookings from Oyo. I have called and asked for the refund the executive then said that your refund is in progress and will be refunded in next 7-10 days it's already almost 1 month and I haven't recieved my refund yet. Customer service is also very slow and unfriendly.
