As I had booked in OYO on 25th of Dec we receive a message your booking got cancelled after that we reach hotel he denied to check-in as the booking was full we tried to call customer care but didn't receive a response after that I connected someone she raised wrong booking id case what a person should do. Now I am mailing calling but nobody has answers of the same. They put the call on HOLD Is my money a waste.
Is this our fault the hotel person guides us to cancel and take the booking?
