Hi, I have booked an property in Oyo got Jun 30th and payment done pre-checkin! And property manager informed me rooms are full and denied my chekin for pre-paid.
I spoke to oyo and they informed I got to cancel this and intiate it refund and promised me amount will be received within 14days! But not received the amount again I spoke to customer care and requested for refund again asked for 14days but did not get my refund! And this pattern happened for third time the customer care guys hear the whole story and after a long wait time they just disconnect the call! It's waste of our time and energy.

They even don't reply to mail after continous followups! Also they made me stand in street for two hrs for pre-booked property. Grow up OYO! DON'T ALLOW SUCH PROPERTY AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER PROPERLY.
