We have try to book room in delhi through OYO App on dated[protected]. Payment had been deducuted from my Payrm account and credit in OYO account. But Booking not confirmed after that we had been initited refund of the same amount that is 899. also I had been call many times to oyo cutomer care but still payment not refunded.
