This is to bring under your kind notice that OYO is doing fraud into the market, no one is ready to help you with refund rather than only with new booking.
I made the booking on 26th Oct. for hotel in Patna, hotel denied the booking as OYO is not giving them sufficient money and hence the booking got cancelled and we have to suffer on that.
Now tried more than 50 times calling in customer care - [protected], all the times they transfer the call to IVR and call gets disconnected after following their process as well.
Booking ID: XEUY3877.
Still my payment is pending, please take the strict action against oyo so that in future people wont suffer. Was this information helpful? |
