I have booked a prepaid room in indore city in hotel Oyo townhouse 936 hotel plum inn from oyo website and made a transaction of Rs 492 on 3rd november 3:47 PM. When i reached the hotel, the reception guy said we dont provide room in this tariff kindly please get in touch with oyo customer support. He cancelled my booking at that moment only. When i asked him about refund he said oyo will provide you your amount. Now i have been trying everyday to oyo customer support ...everytime each executive transfer my call to refund desk and after few minutes the call gets automatically disconnected. Now my amount is still in pending status. You guyz tell me why do you upload fake prices on your website if hotel is not allowing us in that respective amount. Who's fault is this ?
I have been hovering in the city for 1 hour to book another hotel.
And now i have been waiting from past 40 days for my refund.
Are you guyzz even professional enough?
