I had booked a room and paid for the same and was denied check in by the property manager. My booking id is Z08D8166
It was on 25th august and checkout was on 26th August
My money is still stuck and i have already spoken to 15 or even more than that executives but have not yet recieved my money.
I was denied checkin as the booking made was under o collection 88371 the gulf hotel
I was at home and it showed checkedin and as told by the first executive that its a system glitch that it showed checkin when you're already at your home
I am so tired so exhausted so mentally harrassed and so done with the pathetic service which you guys offer
On top of everything a lady executive told me to pay 88 rs by saying that after paying this your refund will be generated and the next day when my money didn't come i spoke to a different excutive and he said theres no policy as such and its a fraud done by our executive
Tell me who to believe and who to not
Us the CUSTOMER and the users have to go through all this bull ###
Please help me and provide me with the refund of 1866+ 88 rs
