[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund Regarding extra amount paid at hotel

I pre booked an oyo room on 23/06/2022 in Nagpur through oyo app, but when i reached the hotel they asked for extra money to stay. Immediately i called customer care of oyo and they told me to pay the extra bill for now and later i was assured by them that the extra amount will be refunded within 7-14 days. After checkout i raised a complaint by calling customer care. they initiated the refund process as i was told after sending them my bank credentials. But its been more than 14 days and when i called them i have been told each time to hold for 10 minutes, but the call always get disconnected. I seriously need my money back, so refund my money back as soon as possible.
