The above i received was on after 1 day of my booking . This how worst the oyo is .
I booked the hotel in Hyderabad on oyo for 1 day from 4 june to 5 june . But the hotel person not allowed me to get into the hotel so i went to nearby hotel after 1 day the oyo simply said that they unable to process and need to change the hotel on 5 june 2022 which is no use at all
Please help me with my refund .
Oyo is doing a big crime

I received call and told will get refund from oyo customer care (ankit pandey) but what is this agian there is no otp i am getting for my mobile number to submit my bank details for refund . the page is not at all working.
i think they are not intrested in giving my money back. Am i right @ ankit.[protected]@oyorooms.com

    We booked an OYO in Mumbai The Property manager denied us to give a room by asking amount extra to be paid by us . I called Customer care they said total refund will be initiated for 2445 they send 445 and remaining 2000 is pending till now i didnt get my refund they said we have initiated the refund but i didnt get today is 15th July and my refund was initiated on 18th june

      I booked a room in Hyderabad for 1 week with cost 600 per day and in oyo they asked to pay an advance amount of 1300 and pay remaining 2900 at hotel with Booking Details (ID: P4KI6230) . When I reached the hotel the manager told to pay a amount of 8096Rs i was shocked and tried to call to oyo its not connected for 3 to 4 times after trying so many times i am able to reach them and they called my booking and said that advance payment will be in your account in 48 hours but till now no information about this and no one is picking up the call when i try to call them .
      This is very bad part of the Oyo showning low price to hotels and getting the amount from people like me.

        Sir,
        I booked a room through oyo app in the month of May (24/05/2022). For which I paid Rs 549 on OYO APP itself.
        But I was charged an additional 1000 rupees at the hotel, for which I lodged a complaint with the service team of oyo. And I provided all the details to them (include extra payment recipet) from which I was told that I will get my refund in 7 to 14 days, for which I have not received the response yet And today it is 52 days, I have not received your refund of 1000 rupees yet.
        And now the customer care people do not listen to me and disconnect the phone immediately. Sir i'm so upset.

        I have got the same problem as the complaint I told you above in the month of June on 12/06/2022. I payed 1200 and in this I was charged 1200 extra. which I paid on the request of Oyo reservation deck. he told me Sir you make the extra 1200 payment OYO will refund you whose complaint I was asked to solve my complaint in 7 to 14 days time but today till 15/04/2022no solution for my problem.

          Fist time i contacted the oyo rep for booking for hotel arun cottage on courtallam on check-in 15/07/22 and check out 17/07/22 time is wrong so i closed the booking by cancelled the booking i got the payment and second time booking rep said wait for 45 min then rep said please contact back again i made a call to oyo again they let me wait to 55 min then say technical issue come back again called to book again book but his time rep agree for the payment rs.1716 i said okay and paid on credit card so link send to mobile by 853 rupee i asked the rep why only for 853 i demand for full payment 1716 but rep said this is our rule but i made a previous payment full and informed the rep he said i dont know sir but for discount to apply you have to pay for like his so i agreed and then he demand 2036 rupees so i said to him about i agree for payment 1716 he said due to oyo policy they just increased the price again had conversation then send the link for minimum amount 350 i already paid 853

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings - QFQA4200

            The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked OYO Hotel Noida Saffron International from the OYO app. My check in date was 1st July 2022 and check out date was 3rd July 2022. On arrival at the hotel I was told that the said booking is invalid as the hotel is not providing services/has shut down its services from OYO temporarily and we need to pay an extra amount to check in at the Hotel. On calling OYO customer care number, I was told to pay Rs. 2400 at the property (apart from what I paid while booking through the app) and the same would be refunded to me on checkout on 3rd July 2022 when I mail them the invoice. After confirming the same twice from the OYO representative, I paid them Rs. 2400 for a two days stay. On the day of checkout, I shared with them the invoice as provided to me by the hotel and to my horror, OYO earlier refused me to refund the amount and later claimed that the Invoice was showing the name as Hotel Noida International and not Hotel Noida Saffron International. This is a clear misrepresentation of facts as how would a customer know which brand is being operated by whom.

            Then I personally visited the hotel the next day again to check with them and was told that Noida Saffron International is a name given to hotels operated under Noida International and they refused me to provide a revised invoice. By this time, I had suffered intense mental suffering and depression. Despite the fact, I called them daily for the next one week on their customer care number. And even they confirmed over the call that they have talked to the property owner and they would refund Rs. 2400 back to my account. But still I haven't received the refund and to add to my mental suffering these guys want the same confirmation from the hotel everytime I call. I have made them more than 20 calls since then asking them to refund Rs. 2400 but all in vain. I have three questions from the OYO team -

            1. If the said property was not listed on OYO, how did you allow your customer to check in. Where is the safety protocol ?

            2. If I was given the confirmation by OYO representative over call on that particular day of check in, where is that call recording ? It is on their confirmation that I paid them the extra amount and checked in the hotel. How is it not misrepresentation and suppression of facts ?

            3. If on subsequent calls, I had received a mail confirming that they have talked to the property owner and have received the OYO ID and that my Rs. 2400 refund is under process, how can they later deny. Are they not true to their words ? On every subsequent call, they need to again confirm the same. They are just trying to fool around people with their tactics. There is no adequate response from their customer care dept.

            Please initiate a refund of Rs. 2400 to my bank account as soon as possible.

              On 12th July i placed an booking by calling customer service they asked me to pay 604 online i paid they also confirmed the booking. I went to hotel and showed the booking information. They said they never have this kind of booking id in their side and they have a different one in my name and payment also is not made in that booking if which the hotel has. I called the customer service and property manager talked in oyo app the status of the fake booking id is showing as check in but i never checked in i am standing in the reception and verifying this issue with customer support she also said some technical issues and marked my status as Guest not stayed and checked out. They initiated the refund but i have not received. Again i have no way i stayed in the other booking id which the hotel manager is having in my name and paid directly again 649 rupees.

              Secondly i called today the customer service again and she asked me to pay 125 minimum amount to create a booking so that both bookings refund you will get and instantly within 5 minute she said. So i paid that also and not received the amount she created some fake booking in my profile.

              So exixting boooking amount 604 + 125 my amounts need to be refunded from oyo side i am fed up with the services and i am facing lots of issues.

              Actual stay booking id and i paid 649 for the real booking id - N5Z08559

              Today 14th july one customer agent she said to pay 125 to book one dummy booking and you will get both refund immediately she said. But i have not received that also.

              I am in chennai why the customer agent again booked one fake check in Delhi with booking id: JSSY2445 and asked to pay 125 to get the instant refund of existing amount of 604 and this 125. I am very shocked even customer services are creating some abnormal services,

                I pre booked a room on 23/06/22 in haridwar, but when i reach at the hotel they ask for extra money after that i call the customer service they told me to pay the extra amount and told me they will refund the amount . They raised a ticket regarding this but until today i didn't received any money, even when i called at Oyo, customer service they just put my call on hold for 15 mins for transferring the call to other department after that call get automatically cut .After 14 working days they told me that refund is not initiated due to their fault i.e. there executive forgot to upload bill hence due to no bill found in their data base refund team is unable to initiate refund .                   Tried to make a booking for Rooms on July 1st. Payment of Rs 1698/- was done on google pay. However, no Oyo booking id got generated. Called the Oyo customer service help. They either asked for a booking id which never was generated or told me that they would connect me to the service section or another department, and the connection never happened. It's been 14 days now and I would have called all the possible customer care numbers as many times as possible. I have been put on hold many times for around half an hour, only to be cut after that.

                    I raised this issue 5 days back and more than 72 hrs+ have passed already from last interaction, but still there is no update from oyo teams. I want to know the status of my ticket, Oyo rooms customer care is not picking up my number as well, I haven't got any call or response from oyo teams regarding my issue. Someone posed as oyo and scammed me for Rs 26000. It is the responsibility of OYO to maintain the integrity of customers.
                    It is Oyo's mistake. This is a security lapse from oyo side, they have leaked my details to frauds and let them scam me. How can my booking id, hotel details, customer details, phone numbers, and amount pending leaked to frauds and scammers?

                    I have shared the screenshot of the fraud as proof in previous mail. Kindly accept the responsibility and refund.me my amount.

                      Hi,
                      I had made a booking on 05-May 2022 for staying at Capital O 85404 Royal Splendid between May5 -May6 and made payment through Paytm wallet for Rs 679.
                      But I didn't get the booking accepted & booking ID didn't get generated but the amount had got debited. I re-booked for the same day through another payment mode and booking got confirmed.
                      To recover the amount made for first booking, I had contacted customer care and they provided me the booking ID ELPH2351 which had got generated.
                      I requested them to cancel the booking since I had made another booking which had been confirmed. But that booking had not been cancelled by them and its in No Show status.
                      Kindly requesting you to help me out in this regard & process the full refund amount.

                        I was charged higher than the booking amount after calling oyo customer care no. They said to pay the higher amount at the hotel and after checkout they will provide refund and as said after chechout i called to there customer care no. And they initiated my refund amount which is of 900 rs on[protected]. They said it will take 7-14 days but still no refund has provided by them even no one is answering on customer care no. They are disconnecting the calls.. mails are attached below which i have received from oyo for refund

                        I got a call from oyo team they again initiated my refund and again asked me to wait for 14 days tat period but this time i got my refund within the tat period. Thankyou.! But the service of oyo is not good.. no hotels are providing the stays according to the booking price. They always ask for extra money. After reaching the hotel.

                            I recently booked a hotel through OYO with booking id JQ6M1669 . I paid amount for my stay in advance before my check-in . But when I reached the hotel the property manager denied me check-in. He told me that your booking is not valid as you need to pay extra amount apart from the total amount that I have already paid.

                              I recently booked a hotel through OYO with booking id FX486697. I paid total amount for my stay in advance before my check-in via the OYO app. But when I reached the hotel the property manager denied me check-in. He told me that your booking is not valid as you need to pay extra amount apart from the total amount that I have already paid via the app. I tried calling the OYO customer care regarding the same and tried to shift to some other property but since it was a weekend, I could not shift. So I could not help myself but to pay extra Rs.2693 to get checked-in. I was so frustrated and my whole journey was spoiled due to this unnecessary chaos and paid the extra amount. Then I contacted OYO again and got confirmation from them via email ( I have proofs with me ) that extra amount will be refunded to me within 7-14 days from my checkout date on submitting valid bill proof. At the time of check out a took a bill from them for the extra paid amount and on the same day i.e., 30th June, I submitted all valid bills and requested for a refund by replying to the earlier mail which was sent as confirmation from OYO guest experience manager. I gave them all the proofs that were needed. They also confirmed from the property and then asked for my bank details to transfer the money. After that I received a mail that I will received my refund in next 7-14 days. But even after 14 days I got no update, then I again contacted them and I was shocked after hearing that my refund was never initiated. I then requested him to initiate the refund. He put my call on hold and never returned back even after I waited in call for 35 mins. From then onwards, no one in customer care picks up the call, if anyone picks it then puts in on hold and then cuts the call. I am seriously pissed at OYO. OYO is the most useless company I have availed service from and I regret it every single day. I've never experienced such a pathetic service ever. Shame and don't ever boast about your services OYO. I will never use your service neither will recommend anyone. One hell of an experience to forget for sure. I have all the proofs of communication with me and will not hesitate to surface them all online via Twitter or any social platform or that where my voice can be heard by others experiencing the same traumatic service from your useless OYO.

                                His is regarding booking ID PI8L1225 done on Wednesday, 6th July 2022 which was fully paid for. It is to be noted that the date for which the booking was done was from 9th to 11th of July, 2022. Accordingly, I made calls from my registered number to the hotel regarding the status of the same. On the 6th of July, the hotel staff informed me that the booking status is not visible to them as of now and therefore, I called them once again on the 8th of July, 2022 when they all together refused to honour my booking stating that they had no rooms available for the said dates. I am sure those calls are recorded and you may look at the same for reference.
                                I faced losses as my trip was dependent on my lodging.

                                Thus, I had no option but to cancel the booking. It has been five days yet the money has not been refunded back to me.

                                For resolution, Oyo rooms at the very least must refund the money at the earliest and issue an apology while providing the next booking free.

                                  On 9th July 2022, I booked an OYO hotel and paid online. My booking ID is DHT47679. But when I reached the hotel (Collection O 87564 Mgr Inn Puducherry) they said we don't have rooms free and also informed to OYO also. They told me to check other hotel, I refused to allow inside also, I was standing at road, Roaming every where to check in, I tried connecting with OYO customer care team [protected] they said this is not a service team and gave different number to contact [protected], while talking they told me hold for few mins, after 2 to 3sec disconnecting my phones, all I do have recording with me, but there was no way to talk to the OYO executive. I paid 1488rs - I never ever seen such a worst services.

                                  3 days ago i got call from OYO and told me that to do Refund process, and they ask me to submit the receipt where stayed on the particular day, and i submitted next day, but still i didn't received any kind of reply till now.

                                    I booked a Oyo with booking I'd KQF94398, at check-in time property owner ask me extra 1000 rs, then I contact Oyo support executive and he said that paid 1000 rs and send me the invoice will initiate refund, I did same, it was month over but still it was not credited into my source account, when I call Oyo exicutive for my refund status they directly hang my call at middle of conversation after waiting 30 min on hold, it was a bad experience with Oyo properties and Oyo exicutives

                                      I booked and paid online for the stay at OYO 86467 Hotel Balaji but was denied check in saying that they no longer accept payment via OYO as online booking is cheaper and isn't profitable to them. They denied giving the room even though I had paid at the time of booking only and no such thing was mentioned then. The manager instead of being helping, talked inappropriately with us and even when we made him talk with the customer care for getting a room as it was available, he completely denied and talked inappropriately with them as well even after knowing that it was a non refundable booking of amount ₹377. I thereby request you to kindly refund me my amount as there was no fault of mine in between the misunderstanding of Hotel and OYO.

                                        I had booked an oyo for the 1st of july 2022 for 735, Booking id: SURQ4994. When we arrived at the place early we were charged a total of 1300, when the policy says for early checkin you will have to pay 30% of the original price, which would cost a total of 956, I would have readily paid even 1000 but they were being stubborn and rude about it and also charged us this much, did not like the experience at all, it was horrible to pay that much as this has happen another time too, they just tell, we arent partners with oyo, so we would charge this much only, but the hotels are still there on the app, I hope this problem gets resolved
