I pre booked a room on 23/06/22 in haridwar, but when i reach at the hotel they ask for extra money after that i call the customer service they told me to pay the extra amount and told me they will refund the amount . They raised a ticket regarding this but until today i didn't received any money, even when i called at Oyo, customer service they just put my call on hold for 15 mins for transferring the call to other department after that call get automatically cut .After 14 working days they told me that refund is not initiated due to their fault i.e. there executive forgot to upload bill hence due to no bill found in their data base refund team is unable to initiate refund .
