I booked a hotel in delhi nangal raya collection O on 31 st july 2021 for 1 day with booking ID A9HL4959 due to TECHNICAL ERROR HOTEL denied my checkin and i canceleed the booking and raised a complaint for the refund but till now they are ignoring me by saying we are working on your conplaint .. I want refund..
