Oyo Rooms — Refund Related and Behaviour towards consumer

I booked my hotel through OYO for[protected] to[protected]. They cancelled my booking as per my concern because hotel room is not good as per COVID guidelines or hotel staff abusing towards consumer. On the[protected] when I raised an complain they said full refund is processed but 13 days were passed and still I am not getting my refund. When I try to calling Oyo they talk abusive language and say we are not initiating your refund you can do whatever you want.
