While i was on vaction i booked the hotel taktse continental and spa on 18th may 2019, i booked the hotel online by doing the full payment trasaction of rs 2250 after that when i reached the hotel i was told that there has been overbooking done by oyo and no rooms were available. After a word with the oyo representative he said they have initiated the refund. Till date 5/6/2019 no refunds are credited in my account, when tried to contact the oyo their executives are fooling me by saying their higher associate team will be contacting me within an hour from 462019 i have the call records which can claim about this. After that whenever i tried to talk to a superior my call was disconnected.
