[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Refund related issues

It has been more than a month my booking has been cancelled because of oyo's mistake and still i have not received my refund amount for booking Id E5C27677. I tried calling customer care for refund they are careless and niglecting the entire issue. Worst service provider i have ever seen i my life. I am facing undue hardship to take my refund. It is your company's responsibility to give the refund on appropriate time. You customer care keeps my call on hold for 20-20 mins still the issue is not resolved and still i have not received refund.
