I had booked hotel vid bookind id htxp6978 refund been initiated but the technical team faild to locate the same i had given 3 months for the same and now they told me we are refunding that amout to my account and again they denied the refund such type of behavior is not acceptable and must be sue in court and shut the oyo immiditly. But now no refund initiated from your side ! Now its clear that you guys are making fool to customers. At list don't make fake promises. Its seems that oyo doesn't complete there promises. after complaining in consumer complaint same issues is there.
