Hi team,
My name is ragavan m and i have raised a concern many times that i need my refund for wrong booking raised by your oyo manager azar who is taken the booking date correctly from my end and booked it wrongly and he itself cancelled and promised me that he will get the refund amounting to rs. 7009/- but now i am getting the message that my refund request has been denied as per oyo policy, this is ridiculous and unacceptable the mistake has been happened from your side i need my refund back immediately if not i will sue you guys to the consumer court i have all the evidence that mistake has been happened from your employee side not from customer.
