Hi,
I have checked in at oyo 9372 yesterday around 11am and paid amount at the same time. Later i checked out in almost an hour coz i felt the hotel is not up to oyo standards.
I called the customer care requesting a refund as i checked out almost immediately but i have been told the booking status is still showing as checked in and payment is still pending which is unbelievable!!
Could you please have a check with the hotel representative and take care of this at the earliest?
I can provide you payment details if need be.
