I book a hotel on oyo for 18th till 21st may. Check in on 18th and check out on 19th may at 9:00 pm due to the hotel service and few issues. I call the customer care four times for refund for the remaining days. The first one ask me to be on line ( it takes 20+minutes and they cut off). My next call was met with a rude customer service and told me not to call. I call the third time, the guy on the line ask me my detail, and let me hold on the line for 11 mins and the phone cut off!! My last call was met with a guy who told me to hold on..it goes on for 7 mins and told me he will call back on my number!!!
Nothing get resolves! What kind of a service is this. My booking I'd is WPJZ7145
