I have booked a room for two on 6th august (saturday) at hotel church view but as i reached there they were full and no rooms were available there, so i called oyo's customer care number +91 [protected] the customer care executive first talked to the hotel manager to confirm about the rooms and then they tried to shift me to different place but no rooms were available at anyother places so they told me they cancelled the booking and they'll refund my money within 14 days i've contacted them after a week and after 10 days as well but they told me that i will get my refund within 14 days if i don't get it on the 14th day i should contact them on the 15th day they instructed me so did but they are so irresponsible that they are not connecting me to any customer care executive so that i tell them about my problem and as i tried to get in touch with an executive through new booking option they told me that they are transferring my call to a complain office but every single time as i put the last four digits of my registered phone number and booking id the call gets disconnected and as always there's disappointment. I just don't know why ther are not refunding my money which should be done by 14th day but still not done.
