I am not updated with the refund status of my booking ID RJME8075. I have submitted my details a week back itself. Kindly revert back as soon as possible.
This is not right firstly I had to suffer so much on the day I reached hotel from calling on it customer care no. To chase Oyo captain, hotel manager and repeated questions about payment date and payment mode and now I have to chase you for refund also.
