[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Refund status of my booking

My experience is very poor in your service. Before 2days of my journey you give me message that I have to change hotel, but your offerd hotel is long distance from my destination. I told you to exchange my hotel with trinoynee but you told me that it is not possible Cancel hotel and book it again but rate is very high. I already canceled my booking. I was facing a huge losses I had to cancel my train booking my office leave was loss.
I request you please refund me back immediately else I have to go for legal.
