My Booking ID - AA851362 and Ticket ID - [protected] and the amount was Rs. 985. I paid in full online and booked the room however Property Manager misbehaved and denied room stating they need cash, online payment will not work. The Booking was eventually canceled however my Refund still not credited, one month over. Every time I chat on Oyo app, it states we have to call on the number#[protected] but the call normally does not get connect to any representative and even if it gets connected, the Representative do not provide any resolution. They just put the call on Hold and disconnects the call...Is this customer service, you guys are providing ?
Just Refund my money that's it. Useless App
