Oyo Rooms — Refund still not got after a month..they are giving only false assurance

My booking id FVU13379..hotel denied my checkin due to tariff issues..they never accept Oyo bookings...i had to cancel my booking a day prior and it was showing 100%refund as per policy ..but it's been almost a month despite contacting them so many times they only give copy paste reply..i paid 456 and only 36rs was given in Paytm as refund..i had raised query with Paytm also and Paytm is saying Oyo has given services for the same which is not true..this is fraud please help

Updated by Amar Kakati Whenever I call or message they reply as parrots that refund has been initiated and will get within 7-14days..it's almost a month now no signs of refund..worst customer care they reply copy paste..
