I booked an Oyo hotel using booking.com. I made a partial payment of 1307. Due to change of plans, I was not able to visit. And they charged me a cancellation charge. I claimed a refund from booking.com and I was told that they contacted Oyo and they accepted their mistake and I will be refunded since there was free cancelation. I talked to Oyo's customer service and they mailed me that the refund would be provided within 7-14 days. But I didn't receive it. So, I lodged a complaint again, and again I was mailed the same, that I would be refunded. Still didn't receive it, I lodged a complaint and I was told that I will not be refunded as per their policy. But I booked Oyo hotel via booking.com and I was eligible for the refund. After mailing me twice that I would be refunded. After a month they are saying that I won't. This is so wrong.
