[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — refund was deduct two times

Hi was travel on 20th -24th june at mumbai with my family. I booked hotel oyo 22683 park palace. Once i checkin the hotel bymistake the charges was deducted 2 times 6168 +6168, i received the transaction measage next morning, i inform the issue to the hotel manager about my deduction n also show the transaction details, but today still i didnot received my refund, i tried to call the call centre no. One of representative received my call n inform her to tranfer my call to senior person, she told me thats not possible, i want my refund anyhow.
