I have booked a room on 31st nyt at 9.06, due to change of plans i have cancelled the booking but i didn’t get a refund. I have a talk with oyo assist. She said i[censored] book the room on same date and i[censored] check in again you will get the 1st booking amount back... What is this policyy. If i didn’t get a refund i’m not gng to use this oyo again
