On 24.12.2022, I booked an OYO Room at Mysore for my family through OYO Customer Care No. +[protected]. BOOKING ID: R5YG2932. I have been allotted an OYO Room at 17057 Narayani Residency Hotel at Mysore. As per OYO’s verbal instruction/request, I made an online payment of Rs. 5, 560/- to OYO on 24.12.2022 at 03:47 PM through Google Pay UPI, linked with my SBI S.B. A/c. The amount was transferred to OYO’s HDFC Bank A/c. On 30.12.2022 (one day before my check-in), I contacted again with OYO customer Care for obtaining a verbal assurance regarding my booking. But, to my utter surprise it was informed that they have modified my booking to OYO 87355 SBR Residence without my consent. I, therefore, cancelled my booking on 30.12.2022 at 09:07 PM and raised a refund request along with. The OYO executive who attended my call instantly sent an e-mail with the message that 100% Refund of Rs. 5, 560/- has been initiated (Ticket ID: [protected]) and will be credited within 7 to 14 working days. Later, although I have contacted severally with OYO Customer Care through e-mail as well as over telephone and asked for the refund, every time they told me to wait for another 7-14 days for refund. Now, it is more than one and half months, but they did not initiate any refund at their end as yet. Till now, every attempt went in vain. Now when I tried to contact the customer care, I could not access the support now. I am fed up of mailing / calling OYO again and again without any worthy results. So, I would request your intervention in this matter for resolving this issue so that I can get back my money at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
