I stayed in Oyo Flagship 39773 Pride Image (+91 [protected]) in Banglore for 7hrs as I was visiting for official purposes. I booked through the Oyo app (Booking ID: DTJ67715) and checked in on 14th Sep 2022 around 9:30. As per Oyo check-in time is 12PM, so hotel management charged me an extra 300/- for early check-in. I had to pay (Rs. 1198/- + Rs. 300/- early check-in + Rs. 500/- security deposit) a total of Rs. 1998/-. As my work is finished I checked out on the same day around 4:30 and requested hotel management for the bill. The manager told me that bill will be provided by Oyo as the booking is done through the Oyo app and returned me Rs. 500/- as a refund of the security deposit. I contacted Oyo customer service and explained my requirement, I was told that as it is a one-day booking & the Oyo algorithm will consider 15th Sep 2022 at 11:00 AM as auto check out time and mail me the bill. The next day I did not receive any mail regarding the bill but through the Oyo application I was able to generate a bill but it was only for Rs. 40/-. I tried contacting Oyo customer service but no response from them. I contacted the hotel but they refused to give the bill and asked me to contact Oyo Rooms only. I need help regarding how to proceed further to resolve this issue.
