I have booked a room on 28th February for 12th March at Rainbow hotel, Tejpur, Assam. But the assistant misguided me in the booking process as I tell them to book a 2 guest room they booked a single guest room. Also, they also gave me a room in the mentioned hotel by telling that the hotel is very near to Tejpur Central University, Assam but it is far away from the University.
Now, the problem is they are refusing to cancel my booking. A fraud team is troubling me in my cancellation process. Kindly help me in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
