Oyo Rooms — Reg invoice issue

I booked my stay at greenleaf hyderabad in was mentioned its a ac room, but when i landed in hyd and reached hotel . room did not had any ac, and the manager said he cant do anything., On the other day while checking out no body provided me tax invoice, i called customer care many times, CCR held up my call for half an hour then disconnected . I am raising this issue on chat support also but unable to find any solution, I am getting difficulty to claim my expenses in my org, booking-id - Q2VJ7681, UserID - [protected], NAME - Sanket Paharia
