Oyo Rooms — reg: security deposit amount is not refunded since 5 weeks (booking id :94351)

Dear sir,

As per attached an email from oyo life property manager from priya that i didn't check in property and kindly refund amount which i have paid security deposit rs 10, 200

I am trying to call oyo life to get an update on my refund amount but still there is no response from oyo life department

Kindly help me to get the my refund amount soon.. Thank you sir
