My self Arvind Kumar Patel, I booked room by Oyo life on 1st May 2022.

ROOM NO. 003, S37/22, 23, DLF PHASE 3, SECTOR 24, GURGAON -122010
In booking time they asked one month rent and one month rent as a deposit which is total 20998 ( one month rent 10449 and deposit 10499). I paid on 1st May 2022 and shifted on the property.
The main problem comes on 28th May 2022, owner of the building came and inform us that they are going to cancel the there contract by Oyo and we need to pay them rent directly from 1st June.
First till today 7th June i didn't get any mail from Oyo that they are cancelling the contract with owner, even i got a mail on 5th June to pay the rent even they also mentioned that if on 5th June till 11:59 PM, If i didn't pay the rent they will charge 100 rs/ day as a fine ( I attached the screenshot of that also ). And from that day when owner inform us i am mailing them that for refund, they replied me like I have to inform them 30 days before vacating the room and they also mentioned that if you want to move - out now please inform us and we will refund your amount after July 15th.
Now the thing is owner asking for rent, Oyo asking for rent and even charging penalty for that also.
Even there property manager Sujeet and zonal manager Atul not replying in msg, even though they are not attending the call also
Please help me regarding this.
