I had booked an OYO townhouse 023 CR park property. Firstly the location was incorrect in the app and neither the property owner nor customer service picked up the call for an hour. I was out on the streets at 10 PM in the night, when finally the place was located and I checked in with waiting of 10 mins.

I have tried booking a hotel in lonavala, i choose the option to pay xxx amount and pay rest later. But i did the payment for the said amount but the hotel was not booked and saying booking on hold and asking me to pay again. I need the refund. I have trried calling ghe customer care and not getting.

      I Booked a room for 2nd-3rd of june and when i went to the hotel they told they are not part of Oyo.I called customer support they cancelled the booking and the amount wasn't refunded i tried contacting them no help from the customer support .The amount still hasn't been refunded.             My Booking ID - AA851362 and Ticket ID - [protected] and the amount was Rs. 985. I paid in full online and booked the room however Property Manager misbehaved and denied room stating they need cash, online payment will not work. The Booking was eventually canceled however my Refund still not credited, one month over. Every time I chat on Oyo app, it states we have to call on the number#[protected] but the call normally does not get connect to any representative and even if it gets connected, the Representative do not provide any resolution. They just put the call on Hold and disconnects the call...Is this customer service, you guys are providing ?

            Just Refund my money that's it. Useless App

              Booking.com and Oyo took my hotel bookings(4 rooms) for family stay in Ashirvad Residency, Shirdi and its confirmed. However hotel denied to onboard us as they already sold the rooms to other customers at higher rate.

                I have booked oyo on 4th May'2022, booking ID AIBH9761 and X1I55789 but when i go for check-in reception guy said we don't have any bookings for you and not provide any room, my money also deducted from my account and this money not refunded yet. Please send my money back or give any solution. Call 15 times on you customer care call centre but thay guys are totally illiterate don't know how to deal with customer.

                  Hello,
                  I booked a room in OYO 49867 Hotel kalpana Residency on June 1st 2022 through OYO but after going to the hotel, they said no rooms were available and paid Rs 139/-.to OYO before visiting the hotel.
                  Again after calling OYO they booked me another hotel 19995 Hotel Grand Heritage, after going to hotel they said no rooms were available and paid Rs 2, 317 to OYO and booking I'D - cjq33778
                  I called the department nearly 10-15 times. They are just cutting the call or making me wait for 1 hour, I think disciplinary action should be taken. I wasted 2 hours of my time because of it and till now there is no progress from your end and even my travelling expenses are wasted. Please do consider this.
                  Whenever I call the service department there is just one chatbot replying and I followed all the steps it mentioned and after that call is getting disconnected and sometimes the call is disconnecting itself.

                    I was made a hotel booking on 16 may 2022 on oyorooms.com for some reason i cancel it and booked again when i reached at hotel, they didn't provide me room, and we are not accepting any booking from oyo, so why oyo booked room and charged me, i have a exam in early morning and no transport and room available there ( i reached there at 10.30 pm so that's reason public transport not available there) so i called customer service but they do nothing so i say please refund my amount but they say we refund only 50%, but why ? And the remaining 50% is not received yet what is this after a 20 days i am not received bhot refund yet

                      2 booking that was made by me for which was cancelled by oyo itself was not refunded . had stayed for 6 hours of call on may 3rd to get the refund and even after that multiple attempts to speak to an agent and get it done took more than another 8 hours . Everybody keeps the call and goes and the call gets disconnected after 20 minutes .

                        Hotel management denied my booking. Management informed that 3 month before they left from oyo.

                        I had bad experience with oyo. no customer support from oyo and no response from service number

                          I stayed at Capital O 83843 Sharan Guest House Esplanade from 28th May 2022 to 1st June 2022.

                          At the time of check out, hotel staff informed me that oyo will share tax invoice via email but I have not received any email from oyo regarding tax invoice.

                          I tried calling their helpline number but unable to connect there too.

                              Hi I am Roshan P Raj who had recently made a booking via OYO app, as it was my first booking I received a booking offer, And I had booked Dsquare Silverkeys a property near SIPCOT, Chennai Tamilnadu for the Amount 949/- on June 3-4. I also had mentioned in the app that I will be checking in around 3-6 PM on June 3rd. Based on this I planned my travel. On June 3rd when I reached the property somewhere between 5:00-5:30, I was shocked to realise that the property I booked had been changed without my permission by OYO. And further when I talked to the person at the hotel he informed me that due to overbooking. I was standing there with no room to stay. The worst part was that when I called the team to tell my problem they told me to move to the alternative place which was a cheap and shabby property with low rating, and was away from the place I was staying. Moreover in between the call when I asked for a solution the customer representative Nazrana Khan, was responding and later in the e-mail responded that it was a fault in her headset which I believe is quite surprising considering she is dealing in a client facing role. I hereby want to lodge a complaint on OYO for manipulating more number of bookings than available owing to which I had to spend 3022 Rs. to find a stay in the nearby hotel which was the only one which had available rooms. I want strict action so that no other consumer is suffered in a similar manner.And also changing the booking to another location without my permission is violation of my choice and a 3-party manipulating in my account is also a cyber I believe and infringement on my right to privacy. I hereby request justice to be served

                                Booking ID WSH54652, MANORI RESORT, MALAD.
                                Yesterday on 3 June 2022 i booked a hotel and payed for it, while heading there we found out we need to take a ferry to reach there and it was 12 am so the ferry business was closed, when we called hotel they said we'll have to change the route and it will take more 2 hours of driving, he got fed up and had to cancel the booking. After cancelling refund was not initiated as they said it's not in their policy, but why should I pay so much cancellation charges when i didn't even stay, even after calling customer service they keep directing to other lines and it gets disconnected. Please initiate the refund I'm tired of calling customer care pathetic service

It would have been so much better if the customer service i called gave me such service

                                  we asked to book rooms in rajamandri but somehow they booked rooms at chennai . we cancelled the rooms immediately .
                                  BUT due to signals problem the amount has been in processed state and then got debited 3 times. ( the amount debited each time is rs- 916)
                                  we would really appreciate if the refund is initiated.

                                      I recently booked a hotel (Hotel Niharika Guest House) on Oyo and cancelled it the same day, well before the 100% refund deadline day. The refund status is showing as “Successful” but it is still not reflecting in my account. I made separate payments of Rs. 200 for breakfast and Rs. 1497 for booking and the 200 has been credited back but the second amount has not.
                                      Please help as I need to make another booking soon.

                                      I booked my room on 4 June 2022 in hotal royal orbit and i cancell in few hours because receptionist said you are not received hotal call, i give your room to another, this is illogical answer because I made Payment online through UPI, i don't know why hotal given my booked room to another, i need my refund back.
