Booking ID WSH54652, MANORI RESORT, MALAD.
Yesterday on 3 June 2022 i booked a hotel and payed for it, while heading there we found out we need to take a ferry to reach there and it was 12 am so the ferry business was closed, when we called hotel they said we'll have to change the route and it will take more 2 hours of driving, he got fed up and had to cancel the booking. After cancelling refund was not initiated as they said it's not in their policy, but why should I pay so much cancellation charges when i didn't even stay, even after calling customer service they keep directing to other lines and it gets disconnected. Please initiate the refund I'm tired of calling customer care pathetic service

Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you Oyo, The very next day i got an email from oyo saying my refund was initiated and after 2 days it got credited to my acc i liked the quick action they took after complaining here. It would have been so much better if the customer service i called gave me such service
