It is very unfortunate that i have to wright to you.
This complaint is regarding my booking id #GN5A0307.
On 13th November night i tried booking oyo multiple times and was not able to get a room.
everytime the hotel denied checkin.
I was along with my female friend and it was a embarrassing experience for me.
The harassessment didn't stopped here. I am being denied my reimbursement for One of the hotel in which i did prepaid booking. I booked OYO townhouse 506 on 13 November night in Gurgaon, Haryana.
It was with my female friend and I was really concerned regarding her security. After booking the hotel, I called them multiple times but they didnt respond. I went to the location and couldn’t find the hotel . I called again but same got no response. Then I’d no other choice than to cancel as a female was there with me and the concern was her security.
Then i called multiple times to OYO executive but they are denying to refund my amount.
please look into the matter and atleast get my amount reimbursement. Was this information helpful? |
