Oyo Rooms — Regarding booking room

Sir, I bioked a room in oyo on 19 nov 21.my booking id is HCPB0231 in coolection O 22587 by your agent.I pay the advance amount.on the way of my hotel the hotel maneger called me and refused to allot room said that there are no room in hotel. And its the time around 2200hrs.i complained your care and my complained but no action taken till dt
