I have booked a room through OYO app two weeks back and i paid the complete amount at the time of booking itself. My stay was supposed to be 21st October 2022 to 23rd October 2022(3days and 2 nights). When i reached the location and tried to contact the property owner she literally denied my check in and said she is not interested in giving her property to oyo. Moreover she asked me to cancel the booking and to contact OYO customer support. So i cancelled the booking and contacted OYO customer support for alternate options. But all of your executives made me frustrated by putting my call in long hold and didn't made any effort in helping me. So i was forced to book a lodge nearby Mysore railway station. It's been two days i have spoken to more than ten of your executives for my refund but they have raised only half of the amount. In order to get my complete refund I contacted again but they are just putting the call on hold and disconnecting the call without any response which seems to be unprofessional. So I decided to take a final step by sending an email to you before taking legal actions against your company. For your reference I am giving some of the details regarding my booking.

Amount refunded : 1228+ 102=Rs.1330
Balance amount : Rs.1127
