[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Regarding cancelling my booking and difficulty reaching customer care service

I have made reservation for 3 rooms (for May 5-6 2 rooms and May 9-10 1 room )in Oyo 85529 Rishishikesh Pride by Crazy door . I was told that this particluar hotel has been removed from OYO list. So today I tried to call customer care service and their service number is not working for an existing booking and only working for a new booking. So again they made new reservation for same dates with me and denied information about cancellation of my previous booking. They are just interested in taking peoples money and not bothered about solving issue. Not even ready tolisten to my issu at all. Irresponsible and I dont think any one had any idea about anything there. All they know is just making booking and their attitude on existing booking is like just let them go to hell we rae not concerened. Luckily I am able to cancel one of my booking now.
