I have booked a room in oyo townhouse with a partial payment of rs. 1701 and due to some other change of plans, i cancelled my booking. My booking id is wi3x4811. When i cancelled, the app shown me that refund progress will be completed within 10 minutes, and i waited. After 10 minutes, when i saw it showed that my refund was successful in my respective bank account, but i didn't recieved refund. When i tried to contact customer support executive, they said my call will be transferred to service department, and after 2 minutes my call will be cut by them. I felt soo bad for booking with oyo rooms. Please help me to successfully get my refund amount. Was this information helpful? |
