as i recently booked a hotel (the nest 2) from oyo having Booking ID: R2NB3768. SO i was pay the whole amount before reaching to the site.
But when i arrived at the site The site manager just show me the room and when i saw the room which was not in good condition bedsheets and the walls are dirty, further as i have booked it with included breakfast and dinner
So they completely denied by saying we do not have any kitchen available and within 5 minutes they told me cancel the booking your room is now booked, so at last i have to cancel the request.
But i only got 189 INR refund but why ? i want my whole refund any how, and if you think you have any doubt you can same ask with site member, i cancelled the booking as they denied for the services, please check and do the needful.
Further when i try to contact to the customer care via call they are very rude and disconnecting my call i have all the recordings available, no solution delivered to me
Resolution i want : whole amount refund because there is no fault from my side.
