I have booked a oyo in Ranchi for 30 june -1 july. Booking id - L66I7409 Amount -1416 The hotel charged me extra Rs500 and they promised me to refund it in 7-14 days Now It's already been 15 days.. Neither they provided me my refund. Nor they are accepting call in their so called helpline.. Oyo did not provide me refund and no reference number. So I can't contact my bank.
