I am mohil khari. I am a regular customer of oyo. I have booked an oyo named green palms jhilmil delhi on[protected]. The hotel is under renovation so they denied our checkin and we have already paid the amount of 1092 from debit card. Later after we called oyo helpline number and we didn’t get any help regarding our refund.. Its being 4 hours we are contacting oyo sometime they are sending mails of denying sometimes that amount will be refunded and some mails we get that the amount is already refunded please help us
